Sahar Hen – CEO & Co-Founder
As CEO and Co-Founder of DRAFT27, I’m Sahar Hen, and my journey has been one shaped by resilience, discipline, and teamwork. From my early days as a professional soccer player to competing in bodybuilding shows, I’ve always believed in pushing my limits and leading by example. After transitioning into the building industry six years ago, I discovered a new passion—operating heavy machinery and bringing projects to life from the ground up. This is where creativity meets precision, and it’s what drives me to lead DRAFT27 with a relentless pursuit of excellence. When I’m not at work, I’m outdoors hiking, skiing, or practicing Muay Thai. I also love experimenting in the kitchen, cooking up new recipes for family and friends. My vision for DRAFT27 is to build not just a successful business, but a community that continually pushes boundaries.
Irving Waisman– COO & Co-Founder
Hello! I’m Irving Waisman, COO and Co-Founder of DRAFT27. Raised in Toronto to Eastern European immigrants, I have learned the values of hard work, honesty, and trust. Although I initially pursued a career in programming, I quickly realized my true passion lay in managing teams and building meaningful connections. My rapid growth from an intermediate developer to an Engineering Manager showed me that I thrive when solving complex problems and leading projects. In the summer of 2023, I connected with Sahar, and together, we saw an opportunity to make a difference in helping people find solutions for their problems in various spaces. Today, DRAFT27 is the realization of that vision. We’re committed to providing efficient and reliable solutions that help businesses and people move forward. It’s about creating services that people can trust.
